A Typical First Dental Examination
Typically, your first dental examination is very comprehensive and includes a advanced oral cancer screening, visual examination, charting, periodontal measurements, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will also take digital x-rays, which includes the digital panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the front and back teeth as well as the digital bite-wing x-ray series for a proper diagnosis. During this visit Dr. Yemoto will spend time discussing and designing a treatment plan around how you would like your smile to look and the treatment you may need for your dental health.
